Accommodation Overview
Shira Two Camp is a higher plateau camp used after crossing the Shira area on Lemosho, Shira, and some Machame-style routes. It offers open alpine scenery and helps place the body at altitude before the route moves toward Lava Tower.
The camp is practical and exposed, with tents arranged by the mountain crew. It is a useful acclimatization stage for scenic routes that prioritize a steadier climb profile.
