This Booking Policy explains the normal process for confirming a safari, Kilimanjaro climb, Zanzibar extension, accommodation, or activity with Kilimanjaro Wildclimb Adventures.
1. Inquiry and Proposal
You may start with a package, custom request, activity, or accommodation inquiry. Our team will prepare a proposal based on your dates, group size, preferred comfort level, travel style, and budget.
2. Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after itinerary approval, traveler details, deposit or full payment, and written confirmation from Kilimanjaro Wildclimb Adventures.
3. Traveler Details
Travelers must provide accurate information required for permits, rooms, park entry, flights, dietary planning, safety preparation, and emergency support. Incorrect or late details may cause extra costs or service changes.
4. Accommodation and Activities
Accommodation and activities are subject to availability. If the requested option is unavailable, we may recommend a comparable alternative before confirmation.
5. Booking Changes
Changes requested after confirmation may affect price and availability. We will try to assist, but supplier terms, park rules, permit deadlines, and travel dates may limit changes.
