These Terms and Conditions explain how travelers use this website and book services with Kilimanjaro Wildclimb Adventures. By sending an inquiry, confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or traveling with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Company Services
Kilimanjaro Wildclimb Adventures organizes Tanzania wildlife safaris, Mount Kilimanjaro climbs, Zanzibar extensions, accommodation arrangements, activities, transfers, and related travel services. Some services may be delivered by trusted lodges, airlines, park authorities, transport providers, guides, or activity partners.
2. Quotes and Availability
All quotes are subject to availability until a deposit is received and the booking is confirmed in writing. Prices may change because of park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, exchange rates, accommodation availability, or supplier changes.
3. Traveler Responsibilities
- Provide accurate names, passport details, dietary needs, medical information, and travel dates.
- Hold a valid passport, visa, vaccination documents, permits, and travel insurance where required.
- Follow safety instructions from guides, drivers, mountain crew, lodge staff, park rangers, and authorities.
- Respect wildlife, local communities, park rules, and Tanzanian law.
4. Itinerary Changes
We may adjust routes, accommodation, activities, or timing when weather, road conditions, park rules, flight changes, safety issues, or supplier availability require it. We will aim to provide a comparable alternative where possible.
5. Risk and Safety
Safaris, mountain climbs, road travel, wildlife areas, beaches, and outdoor activities involve natural risks. We take reasonable care in planning and operating trips, but travelers accept the ordinary risks connected with adventure travel.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, strikes, border changes, flight delays, park closures, government action, or supplier failure. Our liability is limited to services directly arranged and paid through Kilimanjaro Wildclimb Adventures.
7. Governing Law
These terms are guided by the laws of Tanzania. Any dispute should first be handled through good-faith communication with our team before formal action is considered.
